The majority of club time is spent training whether that be to a plan with the aim of a particular race or following one of the many different routes of various lengths around the local area.

If you are training for a specific event and require a training plan then please seek advice from the CIRFs / LIRFs, Mens and Ladies Captains and Vice Captains, who can provide you with a customised training plan.
