Beginners group - Couch to 5 Km Club routes of 3, 4 and 5 miles.

Couch to 5 Km Club routes of 3,4 and 5 miles

The Club will be holding a whole club interval session on Thursday 14 May at 7 pm. Come along and try it out you will enjoy it.    

There will be a meeting for all those going to the Gloucester GRR weekend. This will take place at the rugby club on completion of while club intervals. There will also be a quiz.

Ken Eaden will be leading the May out of Town. More details will be published here as and when they are known. It will be from Warsash and the route will be between 4 and 5 miles.
